We teach you: How to cook agar agar transparent cake (with less perspiration) . How to make agar agar Coffee-Flan cake. How to use 4D agar cake mold. How to make agar cake using natural color and food coloring. Teach you how to make agar agar 4D flower designs such as: - Piony/Lily/Korea Rose Flower designs - cream for leaf (side decorations) - Simple/small flowers (side decorations) Workshop Fee includes: *recipes and techniques for basic level 4D agar art *2 packets of agar powder and 20g of Vietnamese coffee- to take home *workshop materials for hands-on practice You take home 1 agar cake (2.3 kg) that you designed and worked on.
